Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that Absolutely No refunds would be permitted. All sales are final. Any product can be exchanged but only under the following conditions: Request Of Exchange must be made within 3- 5 business days of receiving product. Bella Amour will not accept any products that have been used in any way; For example: (colored, combed out and or brushed, mated, processed or removed from wefts.) please return all products in original Condition. According to Federal Law you cannot return human hair products that have been used in any shape or form. You are responsible for paying the shipping & handling fees for all exchanges. Please allow 3-5 business days for exchanges to process. After Examination of the product, then we will gladly exchange the product for something else of a greater or equal value.

Bella A’mour Ships Worldwide.  Products will only be shipped to confirmed addresses. Please allow 3-5 business days for Processing & Shipping . Sundays are not considered a business day.
